Curiosity has guided every step of my journey—and it can do the same for you or your team.

My path hasn’t followed a traditional playbook. From the outside, it might look like I’ve overcome a lot. But I don’t see it that way. Early on, I learned not to let obstacles become excuses. I leaned into discomfort, asked better questions, and kept moving forward.

That mindset helped me reframe setbacks into stepping stones—and led to some incredible growth: landing a leadership role at Google without a degree, building and selling a food truck business, launching a school and co-founding a tech startup.

I believe this kind of leadership can be developed. It starts with curiosity—and it’s sustained through values-driven action, meaningful goals, and the habits that support both.
