Hey there,
I’m Sean, a Leadership Development Consultant based in Bend, Oregon. I live here with my incredible wife and daughter, and I’m glad you’re here.
I’ve spent 17 years helping people grow—as leaders, as professionals, and as humans. Along the way, I’ve led teams, built programs from the ground up, and coached others through moments of clarity, challenge, and change.
After experiencing some of life’s highest highs and deepest losses—including the passing of our twin daughters in early 2023—I’ve learned that real leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up with curiosity, adapting with purpose, and creating space for others to grow.
Now, I work with individuals and organizations to build leaders who are ready for what’s next—leaders who know how to think critically, coach effectively, and lead with empathy in the digital age.
