Leadership is heavy.
RuckTalks @ Work creates space for leaders to move together, talk openly, and walk away with practical ways to build trust and connect their teams.
How It Works
-
A guided, weighted walk that gets leaders shoulder-to-shoulder, moving together in a way that naturally lowers barriers and creates space to have deep conversation.
-
A facilitated space where leaders open up about the weight they’re carrying, personal or professional, and how it impacts the way they show up as leaders.
-
A practical session where those conversations turn into action. Leaders leave more connected to each other and better equipped to build transparency, trust, and resilience in their teams.
Why It Matters
AI is changing how work gets done, but technology doesn’t replace trust. In fact, as more tasks are automated, human connection and transparency will decide which teams thrive.
Leaders who can build this kind of culture build teams that deliver results, stay longer and engage deeper.
RuckTalks @ Work isn’t another offsite or “team-building” event. It’s a real experience that blends movement, conversation, and action, and the outcomes last long after the morning ends.
What Leaders Walk Away With
Shared understanding that improves collaboration across leadership teams
Practical tools leaders use to build transparency and trust with their teams
Teams that are more engaged, more resilient, and less likely to burn out or leave
About RuckTalks
I started RuckTalks because I know what it feels like to carry weight you can’t set down. Movement, conversation, and connection changed my life, and I saw how powerful they could be for leaders and teams.
Before launching RuckTalks, I spent more than a decade in talent development, coaching, and leadership strategy, helping people at every level grow their skills and lead with more impact. I’ve worked with executives, new managers, and high-growth teams, and I know firsthand what today’s leaders are up against.
RuckTalks brings those two worlds together: the science and strategy of leadership development, and the human power of movement and open conversation.
